Choctaw Defense is the current original equipment manufacturer for the M1095 trailer. We have experience with both the refurbishment and production of new trailers. Choctaw Defense was awarded a contract to refurbish the previously fielded M1095 trailers. We currently are building new M1095 trailers.
The CAMEL II Water Pod System consists of our 800 gallon water tank in an insulated, jacketed, baffled, and integrated freeze protection with all hoses and fittings necessary to dispense potable water mated to our M1095 trailer. The Camel II Water Pod is the U.S. Army’s primary water distribution system, used by units at all echelons throughout the battlefield and replacing the M107, M109 and M1112 series 400 gallon water trailers (Water Buffalo).
The CAMEL II is operational from -25 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It also contains six filling positions for canteens and 5 gallon water cans.
Choctaw Defense manufactured the C‐17 MLG (Main Landing Gear) Lift Truck for the Department of the Air Force in November 2011. Manufacturing efforts included: engineering, manual and semi-automatic welding, painting in accordance with military specification, CNC machining, QA inspection and testing (including proof testing), and meeting contractual delivery schedule. The MLG were manufactured using LEAN Manufacturing.
Choctaw Defense manufactured the Universal Loader for Robins Air Force Base in September 2011.
The MK-593 has a removable and stowable headboard, tailgate, and cargo protection, making loading and unloading easier and faster. In addition, strategically placed internal and external cargo tie-downs secure a full range of maximum payload cargo.
The modular deck uses a single platform to transport gen-sets and flood light systems. A unique fastening arrangement uses ISO style locks to secure gen-sets to trailers allowing for a balanced load at multiple load configurations. The location of the generators allows opening of panel doors for ease of operation and maintenance.
The MK-593 can be equipped with quad-con type water modules for water configuration that keeps it cool under pressure. The design allows soldiers to quickly fill canteens and 5-gallon containers with minimum spillage.
