Choctaw Defense Manufacturing Group (CDMG) utilizes a one-piece flow production methodology. We focus on continual process improvement through Lean manufacturing methodology and ISO-compliant certified processes and procedures. Lean Manufacturing principles are basic to CDMG manufacturing operations.
